Tis the season for fresh seafood!

One of my favorite dishes to enjoy every single Summer at the Jersey Shore are those mouthwatering, fresh, flavorful, lemon-filled Lobster Rolls.

And if you have experimented with seafood, you will know that yes, enjoying lobster waterside makes a huge difference.

Now usually, there are two ways to serve a lobster roll:

1. Cold with lobster, mayonnaise, celery chunks and lemon juice.

2. Hot with lobster with drawn butter and lemon juice.

Personally, choice #2 is my favorite because to me, mayonnaise does not necessarily mix with seafood all that well. Mayo is heavy and seafood is flavorful, light and makes me feel classy.
