There are plenty of great burger joints all over New Jersey. You can make a quick fast food stop, or even hit one of the burger chains like Red Robin or Five Guys, but some of the best come from smaller local restaurants. Maybe you like Burger25, maybe you like hitting a bar/pub like Doyle's Pour House, or maybe you have your own hole-in-the-wall that you always hit.

According to The Daily Meal, the best burger in Jersey can be found at White Manna in Hackensack.

A New Jersey legend, White Manna is one of the last remaining diner-style burger joints that arose in the tradition of White Castle. What’s served here is the perfect interpretation of that form, honed over decades and decades, unchanging. Walk up to the tiny counter, place your order with the grillman, and watch as he smashes a small wad of meat onto the flattop with a handful of thin-sliced onions, keeps careful track of it as it cooks, and sandwiches it into a Martin’s potato roll.

That description makes me hungry enough to jump in the car and make a trip to Hackensack just for a burger!
