Want To Buy Joe Pesci’s House?

For a long time growing up, it was a popular rumor that Joe Pesci had a house in Lavalette. It was one of those things that people always liked to point out, but in the pre-internet days there was never any 'proof' that it was his house.

Amazingly, the house that had been pointed out to me as "The Pesci House" was actually his! And now, Joe is looking to sell.

Re/Max Central has the listing for 91 Pershing Boulevard in Lavallette. Eight bedrooms! Eight bathrooms! 7,219 square feet, an in-ground heated pool, bay view, all for the low low price of $6,500,000!

I think it's funny that the listing says "Celebrity owned" without mentioning any names, but if you scan through the pictures you see dozens of framed Joe Pesci movie posters (including Moonwalker!), publicity stills, and even a 'Lethal Weapon 3' pinball machine. Way to keep it anonymous.

No word if there's a shinebox in one of the closets.
