Cowabunga Creamery is getting ready to call Lavallette home, and after going back and forth with the owners and learning more about their ice cream shop, I'm really excited about this place.

Cowabunga Creamery is going to be a beachy, surf shack-inspired ice cream shop bringing you delicious ice cream, soft-serve, sundaes, and cones, all with a fun coastal vibe.

I love the surfing cow logo; it just adds such a fun touch to this ice cream shop!

For Memorial Day Weekend, however, they're open Friday starting at 3 PM, as well as Saturday through Monday starting at Noon.
