A Reddit user posted this picture of a letter sent by Jack Mara (then-president of the Giants, son of founder Tim Mara and uncle of current CEO John Mara) inviting Harold "Butch" Gutke to attend a tryout for the team.

It's a really interesting read if you're into football or history or both.
