The Datsun Is Coming Back….

Well sort of. In Russia,  Indonesia, India it is coming back. The Datsun model  was phased out back in 1981, but since then Nissan has slipped to the No. 3 Japanese brand in the United States, behind Honda. Maybe a name change will do them good.

As a kid I remember driving with my dad in his Datsun 280zx. I loved that car! Think it was the first time I discovered what T-Tops were and I especially remember the way women would stop and look at that car.

I still wish to this day that my dad would have held on to that car.
