We reported last week that the Wednesday Kite Night in Seaside Park will not be happening this Summer due to their sponsor of eighteen years not participating this year. Well...We have good news.......Kite Night WILL BE happening! We have spoken with Seaside Park officials, and they assured us that Kite Night will be back with a new sponsor running the event in July and April, kicking off July 3rd

This Sunday is the Offshore Powerboat Association's Point Pleasant Beach Grand Prix in Point Pleasant Beach at noon! This is a great event to come out and see! There will be two races along the 4-4 1/2 mile course.
