A bill has been drafted by two Jersey Shore Assemblymen in response to Point Pleasant Borough High School graduate Billy Borowsky who was told he could not wear a sash indicating he had joined the U.S. Marines at a recent graduation ceremony.

It was a special day earlier this week for the Military and those there to welcome home our heroes from Afghanistan.

Many coming home from a tour of duty struggle to adjust back to a normal life. A Jackson Township Police Officer and Marine Corp Veteran and the Ocean County Mental Health Association look to change that.
