Stafford Township Looks To Add Chick-Fil-A, Panera Bread
It's been a while since we got an update on the Manahawkin Common Plaza on Route 72. Businesses were closing and being replaced, some were renovating or relocating, but now a vote is finally happening to approve two popular restaurants.
The Stafford Township Planning Board is expected to hear an application from Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread at their meeting on March 6th. The two businesses are expected to take over the vacant bank/medical office space on the north side of Route 72.
I love Chick Fil A, so the more locations we can get in this area, the better!
The SandPaper also has a rundown on the construction that the state Department of Transportation will be doing in the area, including roadway improvements, new traffic signals, a revised jughandle, new stormwater basins, and more.
