See Toms River, NJ's Stunning Most Expensive Home For Sale (PIX)

If you are house-hunting or just dreaming about a bigger home, this is an incredible property. Built-in 2014, it has an unbelievable view and plenty of room for family and fun. Let's take a peek.

As I scrolled through pictures (note gallery below), a couple of big selling points hit me.

First, this home is huge. Its interior space is 4,686 square feet. That's almost 2 1/2 times the size of my home. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, which means no more fighting over the bathroom. Oh, and there's more room with potential for a Nanny suite over the garage.

Second, the view is nothing short of impressive. It boasts an "unobstructed 6-mile view down the Toms River to the barrier island." The back has a cedar deck, perfect to see those views and do some entertaining of friends and family.

Third, the price isn't ridiculous. For a home this big, new, in a great neighborhood, with a great view, $1.699,999 doesn't sound crazy ridiculous. For me, anything past $300K is out of my price range, but I really expected a price tag much larger on this.
