Raw Dashcam Footage of Transasia Plane Crash [VIDEO]

This crazy dash-cam video of a plane crashing into a river was captured shortly after takeoff yesterday in Taipei. It appears that  the propeller on the left wing of the turboprop ATR-72 was not working.

Unfortunately 26 people have died, but It could have been so much worse....look how close the plane came to hitting the buildings and look how the plane just misses the taxi van on the highway
