Proper Monty Python Fan Fail

Yesterday, I was forced to admit I'm not as good a Monty Python fan as I thought.

Perhaps you knew about it and you showed your admiration and respect by doing the right thing immediately.

I didn't know what day it was until late in the afternoon, to my shock and dismay.

Yesterday I put this up on my Facebook wall:

"Thank you, John Lockwood, for letting me know it's International Monty Python Status Day.  I have failed in being a proper fan, since I hadn't heard about it, and I'm therefore extremely ashamed.  I will feebly try to make up for this unforgivable blunder by posting one most excellent sketch and hope The Python Powers That Reign haven't noticed my lack of proper worship earlier.
