Who had the brilliant idea of a landing strip right next to a sunbathing beach?

The voiceover is in German and translates to "Diese pilot of plane vas clearly on some very, how you say? Kick-in--ass drugss."

According to dailymail.co.uk:

Pilot Juergen Drucker, 52, was flying his Piper PA-28-181 Archer II along coast of Germany when he came within inches of landing on the sunbathing tourist in Dune, Heligoland, an island in the north.

The pilot explained he misjudged his approach to the airfield and admitted "it wasn't one of my greatest achievements in the cockpit."

You sir, are just being humble. :-D

Seconds after passing over the man the plane hit a fence and then plowed across a section of the beach before coming to rest on the runway.

That sunbather definitely won't be able to use that swimsuit again.
