Stafford K9 Patrolmen and Their Companions Do Well in Competition

This past weekend, Stafford K9 Unit Patrolmen John Schweigart/K9 Lysol and Christopher Smith/K9 Ollie competed in the USPCA Regional K9 Trial Competition held in Ocean Township (Waretown).

Ptl. Schweigart and K9 Lysol, a 15 year veteran K9 Handler, finished 696.50 out of 700 possible points winning 1st overall dog, 1st obedience, 1st agility, 1st criminal apprehension, 2nd overall search and 2nd place team.

Ptl. Smith and K9 Ollie finished 1st place obedience novice, 1st place total search novice, 3rd overall novice and 2nd place team.

These officers train exceptionally hard to ensure the utmost in professional Police K9 service to the community of Stafford Township, and their efforts paid off huge this past weekend in Competition!!
