Oh man!

Kit Kats are one of my favorite chocolate candies out there.

When my sisters and I would trade Halloween candy after a night of trick-or-treating, Kit Kats were some of the most valuable pieces.

And now I hear, they are not what we think they are.

I really hope I am not about to destroy everyone's childhood but it's too late. We already started so here we go.

Too late, we already started so let's get to it.

According to NYPost.com, there is a viral video going around revealing what really is inside of a Kit Kat.

The outside is obviously made of delicious milk chocolate. But this video revealed some knowledge on what the crunchy "wafers" are under the chocolate.

"You see, some Kit Kats get broken while they are being made," says Zack D. Films in his viral video that has garnered over 11 million views on YouTube. "And instead of throwing them out, the company crushes them up and adds sugar. And that is what is on the inside of a Kit Kat bar. It is literally crushed up Kit Kats."

You know what I just heard? Kit Kats are basically recycled, older Kit Kats covered in milk chocolate.

At first, I thought, "Well, that isn't so bad."

But then I got to thinking. Doesn't this mean that the contents on the inside are twice as old on the outside?

Here's an idea, make everything fresh and give those broken pieces to a homeless shelter where people would grin ear to ear for a simple piece of chocolate.

Anyways, will I still probably eat Kit Kats? Yea, probably.

But man, what else are we eating that is recycled. I'm grossed out.
