One of Cam Newton's favorite targets, tight end Greg Olsen was born in Wayne. He attended Wayne Hills High School, where he played football, basketball, and track & field. He originally enrolled at Notre Dame but transferred to the University of Miami. Olsen led the Panthers in Receptions and Yards, and had the second most touchdowns.
