Have you ever wanted to set a world record and get into the Guinness Book?
When I was a kid, there was no book I looked forward to reading through more than the massive Guinness Book Of World Records.

For whatever reason it was always the coolest book you could get as a kid, and looking at all of the amazing accomplishments that people achieved to get in there was always amazing to me as a kid.
Even as an adult it is fascinating when people are able to do something so well or have a big enough imagination to get into the Guinness Book Of World Records.
So when a new restaurant coming to Jersey has big plans to officially get into the Guinness Book Of World Records it's attention-worthy.
What NJ Restaurant Plans On Setting A New World Record?
Although a grand opening won't be until November 9th, it already looks like this restaurant has its world record locked in.
According to NJ.com, Meximodo Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar is applying for the world record of an establishment with the most bottles of agave spirit.
Tequila.
Right now that record is held by a bar in Las Vegas called the Mama Rabbit Bar, and they clock in at 500 bottles of agave spirits.
Meximodo Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar already has 1,000 bottles of agave spirits stocked in its bar doubling the current world record!
Meximodo Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar is opening in Metuchen on November 9th according to NJ.com and the 8,000 square foot restaurant will feature multiple floors, an open kitchen as well as a Guinness World Record.
