Two Manchester residents are placed in handcuffs after police say they found 310 wax folds of heroin in the 1998 Ford F-150 at a traffic stop on Mule Road near Route 37 in Toms River.

Investigators say the heroin was bought in Trenton with the intent of being sold across Ocean County.

Ciccone and Parker were released on criminal summonses pending court.
