Is it a cry for help or drug dealers staring in the face of recklessness and just not caring about the community around them?

The number of drugs being peddled into our Ocean County community, the Jersey Shore, and the state of New Jersey for years now has been mind-numbing.

In many ways, we've seen stiffer penalties, expansive investigative efforts by law enforcement, legislation, and more in recent years to curb what is a massive problem in our society.

We all have a part to play in ending this drug epidemic, even if it's just awareness, education, and compassion in helping people find recovery.
