Is It LegalTo Purchase Alcohol On Christmas Day In New Jersey?
Imagine for a moment, it's Christmas Day and the whole family has spent the day at your house.
The big dinner was had, presents were exchanged, a few arguments were had, but at the end of the day, it was another successful holiday.
Now that the family has left, your house is quiet and you want to enjoy a glass of a nice whiskey or bourbon that you've been saving for yourself.
You go to your liquor cabinet only to realize that you forgot to stock up on your favorite beverage.
Not an issue though right? You'll just make a quick trip to the liquor store down the street to pick something up.
Well depending on where you live, that may actually be illegal.
