Where To Watch Free Movies On The Beach In New Jersey

At the Jersey Shore, we're very lucky because we have the unique opportunity to watch movies at the beach.

For example, each year in Seaside Heights, movies are shown right on the beach next to the water on a giant screen; they're free to watch and are something we look forward to every year.

One town likes to be a little different and show its outdoor movies near the bay, rather than the beach, but either way, it's still a ton of fun.

Lavallette Offers Movies On The Bay Every Summer

Lavallette has released its 2025 schedule for movies on the bay, and the lineup looks very family-friendly, which is great.

Like every year, Lavallette's movies on the bay are free to attend, start around dusk, and are shown near the gazebo at Philadelphia Avenue and Bay Boulevard.

Make sure you bring your own chair, some bug spray, and some popcorn!

Lavallette's Full 2025 Movies On The Bay Schedule Released

This years lineup features movies every Tuesday evening starting on July 8th and run through August 26th.

Here's the full schedule;

July 8th: Moana 2 (PG)
July 15th: Mufasa (PG)
July 22nd: Inside Out 2 (PG)
July 29th: Captain America; Brave New World (PG-13)
August 5th: Wicked (PG)
August 12th: The Unbreakable Boy (PG)
August 19th: Dogman (PG)
August 26th: Harold And The Purple Crown (PG)

In the case of inclement weather, Lavalette's movies on the Bay will be held indoors at the first aid station located at 1207 Bay Boulevard.
