Once again the end of the football season is upon us, and with that comes the final game of the season - “THE BIG GAME”.

With this game comes the super parties and the super dishes with their super carbs.

What do you do if you are on the keto or low carb diet?

I have a few suggestions because let’s face it, we all love to snack during the game. Whether we’re alone, with family or with a large group, The Big Game means big snacking. So for the low carb eater at the party, here are a few snacks to enjoy.

Mozzarella is always good. Just top with a slice of tomato and some balsamic vinegar with a little salt and pepper.

Any other cheese is also good, along with pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto.

Olives of all varieties.

Celery stuffed with cream cheese.

Shrimp served with fresh homemade salsa, not cocktail sauce.

Let’s not forget the wings, all the wings that you can eat as long as they’re naked wings, as hot as you like with plenty of blue cheese.

Snacking on the keto diet is fairly easy, it’s all depending on what you feel like preparing.

If you’re going to a party, just bring along a Tupperware container with some of the above items. I’m sure nobody will mind.
