When a major food outlet singles out a few restaurants as the ones you can't miss, then it makes sense not to miss them.

The outlet we're talking about is Gayot, and the two restaurants that rise to the top of their 2022 Jersey Shore list are absolutely fantastic choices.

Here are the two restaurants they have at the top.

Brandl, Belmar. It comes in at #2. This is one of the most amazing restaurants in a county (Monmouth) full of fabulous eateries. The amazing food and fantastic ambiance make any experience at Brandl a super-romantic one. I love this choice because I, too, love this restaurant.

Bahr's Landing, Atlantic Highlands. Its' #1 on this list, and it was legendary long before the Soprano's Superbowl commercial last year. it is one of the best restaurants in the whole state and certainly deserves to be at the top of this list.

And if we may be a little presumptuous, we'd like to add one restaurant that didn't make this list. It's a really great Jersey Shore eatery that we think you don't want to miss this summer.

If it was up to us, we'd make sure you had at least one meal at this Jersey Shore seafood gem. Don't let the summer pass you by without a trip to The Shrimp Box.
