New Jersey State Police have issued a missing persons alert for a Lakewood man with a history of getting lost.

The last time police said that 63-year old Raymundo C. Cajipe was seen was leading his Lakewood home on Tuesday afternoon around 3:09 pm and was reportedly heading towards Community Medical Center in Toms River.

Then on Wednesday morning, he drove through the Union Toll Plaza around 6:30 am in his 2011 Silver Toyota Rav4, with plates that read F59EDV, and about an hour after that he was at a gas station in Clinton Township, Hunterdon County where his credit card was used.

It's a joint investigation between NJSP and Lakewood Police and search for Cajipe who police describe as a Hispanic male, 5'10" tall, 141 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

"Mr. Cajipe has a history of getting lost, is insulin dependent and it is unknown if Mr. Cajipe has insulin in his possession."
