How big is your house? 1,500 square feet? 2,000? Maybe you have a big family so you needed to get something a bit bigger, maybe it's just you and your spouse so you have something small. We all have different needs when it comes to our house, but I'm not sure if anyone needs a house that has over 9,000 square feet. It would be nice to have a house that big, I would like to have it, but I don't need it.

This mansion on Princeton Avenue in Brick features six bedrooms (including two master suites), five full baths, 1/2 bath, a gym, a movie theatre, a sauna, a wine cellar, radiant heat flooring throughout the entire house, Grand Canyon shingled roof with copper gutters, a home entertainment system throughout and a fully updated living space above the two-car garage.

Once you get over the house, you have to admire the pool outside, a cabana with a full kitchen, your own private beach, and a dock with a boat and jetski lift. Dang.

If you've got an extra $3,699,950 lying around, you can buy this house. It has been listed for a while, going up for the first time in June of 2018 at a price of $4,500,000! Literally one day later, the price dropped to $4,300,000, and across the months of 2019 the price dropped to $3,749,950. Things fell to the current price in June, so if we assume the price will drop about a million bucks every two years, I'll be able to buy this house in 2030 or so. Or I could just hit the lottery and retire here. Annual taxes are a staggering $2.2 million a year.

Anyway, let's take a look!
