So yesterday was the start of my so-called "diet". All I want to do is shed 10-15 lbs. That's all.

The day started great. Had a turkey sandwich for lunch. I Logged the calories eaten on my smartphone app. For a few snacks I had an apple and an orange. I would say GREAT START! I still had 500 calories left. But...

Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs between The Rangers and the Senators happened. Watching it at a bar:

Sesame Jack Chicken Strips Appetizer- 1100 calories!

4 Miller Light Beers- 480 calories

Went home still hungry:

Ramen Noodles chicken flavor- 380 calories

Still hungry.

Let's have some pizza rolls- 210 calories

Sounds like I had a case of the munchies right?

This baby is in better shape than me and he's ONLY 9-10 MONTHS old!

Think I'm going to go back to my original plan. Ab exercises, and some cardio!

Counting calories sucks when you find out much some stuff is. Way too depressing.
