Here’s When New Jersey Will See Peak Fall Foliage For 2024
Sadly, summer is getting ready to come to a close at the Jersey Shore.
Our long days at the beach, hanging out on the boardwalks, the bay, and enjoying happy hours on the water are soon going to be traded in for pumpkin picking, cider donuts, and bonfires in the backyard.
Don't get me wrong, Fall a the shore is a truly spectacular time of year.
There are so many street fairs, festivals, and fun things to do that Fall is just as exciting as summer is.
One of the best parts of Fall though has to be seeing the amazing fall foliage that spreads across the Garden State.
Each year seems more breathtaking than the last, and Jersey has some gorgeous mountain ranges and forests to explore and really take in the sights.

However, figuring out when the leaves will change color always seems to be somewhat of a challenge.
Each year seems to be a little different, and this year is no exception.
When Will New Jersey See The Leaves Change Color For 2024?
The timing depends of course on the weather, and we've had a crazy past few months, so what can we expect as far as a timeline for the fall foliage this year?
According to Only In Your State, we could see the leaves change color as soon as September 16th, and the leaves will continue to grow richer in color through the end of the month.
Peak foliage will be able to be seen in the Garden State right around October 21st, according to the interactive map on Onliy In Your State.
