Evesham Police seek to identify Burlington Coat Factory scammers

Two suspects wanted by police in Evesham are accused of scamming a cashier at Burlington Coat Factory on Route 73 in the Marlton section around 8:30 pm December 17.

Investigators say one of them paid the cashier a $1,000.00 in 20-dollar bills but they were $40.00 short.

The suspect paid in full but asked to count all the money himself.

When he gave money back to the cashier it was missing $600-dollars...that was placed in his pocket.

They then left with all the merchandise.
