Everything You Need To Know About Thanksgiving Football
Eagles @ Lions - 12:30pm on FOX
The tumultuous Eagles team heads to Detroit to take on the disappointing Lions. A win would put the Eagles a half-game back of the lead in the NFC East, while a loss could be another nail in the coffin for Chip Kelly. A Lions win would amount to nothing more than a moral victory, and keep hopes of a plus-.500 season barely alive.
Panthers @ Cowboys - 4:30pm on CBS
The Panthers look to continue an undefeated season, riding Cam Newton and a strong defense. The Cowboys didn't win a game while Tony Romo was injured, but have yet to lose with him at quarterback. The Cowboys pretty much needs to win out in order to keep playoff hopes alive.
Bears @ Packers - 8:30pm on NBC
Andy Chase's Bears head into Green Bay to continue the storied NFC rivalry. The Bears are underperforming once again, but the potential return of Matt Forte could bring good news. The Packers have slipped in recent weeks, but performing in front of a national audience (assuming we haven't fallen into a food coma by kickoff) could provide more motivation for Aaron Rodgers and the Pack.
