It may not come as a surprise that Jersey is expensive, but this is kind of wild.

New Jersey is the third most expensive state to buy an engagement ring falling right behind California and New York.

New York is the most expensive city to buy a ring in, it'll cost you on average $11,434!

In California, you'll have to dish out $10,582 to ask your partner to say yes, and New Jersey is right up there with them.

According to APP, it'll cost you $10,445 to buy an engagement ring in New Jersey.
