One game is all it takes!

The Daniel Jones Era has begun with a victory. Yes, it was over a garbage team; yes, it only happened because a kicker couldn't make a measly 34-yard field goal; yes, the team lost Alec Ogletree to injury; yes, Saquon was in a walking boot and will get an MRI today. But forget all that, the Giants finally got a win!

As a Giants fan, there really haven't been many games lately where I was engaged the whole time. It'd either be a blowout, or just a boring slog of sloppiness where I just lost interest. Even yesterday, with the Giants down 28-10 at halftime, I was feeling flat. A furious comeback, capped off by Daniel Jones darting 8 yards up the middle for what would be the game-winning touchdown, made me enjoy a football Sunday!

And while I know this will all come crashing down when it's revealed that Saquon's ankle exploded, a lot of Jones' success came when Wayne Gallman was already on the field. A very winnable game next week against Washington could get the Giants to an even .500 before they get smashed by the Vikes and the Pats. Ah, the life of a Giants fan.
