Did You See Island Beach State Park On TV Last Night?

A while ago we told you about the TV show "Emergence" that would be filming around LBI, and featuring members and equipment from the Seaside Heights Fire Department and the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad.

The show was originally produced for NBC, but the pilot was picked up by ABC, and premiered last night.

The show is described as a "character-driven genre thriller that centers on a police chief who takes in a young child she finds near the site of a mysterious accident who has no memory of what has happened. The investigation draws her into a conspiracy larger than she ever imagined, and the child’s identity is at the center of it all."

The NJ State Parks Facebook page took a few shots from the episode, highlighting Old Barney and great aerial shots of IBSP.
