This year Daylight Saving Time began on March 13th, and will end November 6th.

During the overnight hours from Saturday into Sunday, the clocks will fall back one hour.

At 2am Sunday, we all get an extra hour of sleep when we magically travel into the past to 1am!

Luckily for most of us, our phones and televisions will change automatically, but don't forget to change any wall clocks or microwaves or anything else you have.
