I remember being a kid, we'd always have Thanksgiving dinner at my grandparents' house in Sea Isle City, and the very next day we'd be out at Cape May enjoying their downtown holiday festivities.

This year is no different, there are tons of amazing holiday villages that you'll want to visit this year to get in the holiday spirit.

For example, NJ Mom highly recommends the Christmas Light Show and Village at the Skyland Ballroom.

Millions and millions of bright, shiny Christmas lights are sure to brighten up your holiday season.

You can also go to one of the many tree-lighting ceremonies around Ocean County.

Toms River does a really good tree-lighting ceremony which will take place on December 6th of this year, and also includes a really fun little Christmas Village that gets set up in the courtyard across from the library.
