Well, believe it or not, there is one side dish that supposedly reigns supreme in Jersey, it's supposedly the most popular side dish in the state.

But here's the catch; there's a good chance you've never had Jersey's signature side dish before.

I've lived in Jersey for years, and this is the first time I've heard about this being the state's signature side dish.

It's a tomato-based dish that features some mozzarella cheese and is supposedly what our state is known for.
