IT'S OPENING DAY!

The slate of games kicks off at 12:40pm with the Cubs @ Marlins. I'm guessing there aren't many Marlins fans listening (or Marlins fans in general), and while the Cubs might have a slightly larger national following, we're just here for the local teams!

The Yankees begin the season in Canada against the Toronto Blue Jays, with Luis Severino making his first Opening Day start. First pitch is scheduled for 3:37pm. I'm giddy with anticipation to see Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and Gary Sanchez hit a million home runs.

Andy is a Mets fan, so he'll be watching his team host the Cardinals, with first pitch at 1:10pm. Also, this clip is ALWAYS funny:

The Bruce Brunch's Tom Cunningham is our resident Phillies fan, and they begin the season in Atlanta against the Braves, with first pitch at 4:10pm. I don't think I've ever heard a Phillies fight song, so here's this instead:

Hope springs eternal for all 30 teams, so good luck to yours!
