You Will Soon Be Able to Make A Left Onto Hooper Leaving Target

This was actually supposed to happen last fall and I have been wondering when it will happen, but FINALLY...Construction is starting so drivers leaving the Target/Lowes Shopping Center will be able to make a left (head South) onto Hooper Ave

Construction should be wrapped up by the end of June.

This is going to make life so much easier during the Billboard Radiothon for people to come and go as they make their donation for Ocean of Love
