Red Hot Chili Peppers and the NFL are pleased to announce that the drum set custom built by Pearl Drums that Chad Smith played during the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show will be auctioned off at NFL Auction to benefit Make-A-Wish. To bid, click here: http://www.nfl.com/auction

The kit is a custom built "Limited Edition" Series Pearl Drum Set that includes limited edition Sabian Cymbals. After the show, the kit will be broken into two Drum Sets - an AFC kit and an NFC kit. Both the AFC and NFC Drum Sets will be auctioned off to benefit Make-A-Wish to help grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Both the AFC and NFC kits will feature all of their respective conference team logos. This Clear Plexiglas Pearl Drum-Set will feature a custom Wrap material provided by Brand Imaging Group and with a lighting package provided by Drumlite.

In addition, three pairs of autographed drum sticks made by Vater will be available on NFL Auction to benefit Make-A-Wish including the pair Chad used on Super Bowl Sunday and pairs from rehearsals. The drum sets and drum sticks will be available on NFL Auction through February 7, 2014.
