Aaron Judge is a beast. 6'7'', 282lbs of strength and speed, the sort of power that can put a hurting on some baseballs.

The rubber on the pitching mound is 60 feet 6 inches away from the plate, and by the time a pitcher releases the ball he's a few feet closer. When a pitch is delivered in the 90s, a square hit can speed back at over 100mph.

Aaron Judge took a Jumbo Diaz pitch right back up the middle, and nearly took his head off.


I know the season is young, but that is the fastest exit velocity this year. That ball screamed back at Diaz at 116.5mph! Pitchers need to wear helmets, man. I would've peed my pants.
