Even though I just moved to Barnegat, my brain is still in house-shopping mode. Just driving around, if I spot a For Sale sign it piques my curiosity. I still have the Zillow app on my phone (mostly because I'm trying to stalk a few of the houses that were on our short list).

Every once in a while it's fun to have the pipe dream and take a look at a house that is stupidly beyond my budget, like this waterfront home in Brick that is listed for $3,999,000.

What do you get for four mil?

Well, the listing says 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, but the realtor description says 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kicker is the basement pub, complete with a 3-tap kegerator, bar seating, three TVs, and more.

There's even a Carriage House with space for a "gym or hobbies plus an upstairs guest bedroom, office or artist studio."

It's fun to dream, right?
