Vince Neil Turns 51 [VIDEO]

DUI-Junkie and Anger-Management-Challenged Vince Neil turns 51 today, born in Hollywood, California on February 8, 1961.

Vince is best known as Motley Crue's singer, but he's also done solo work, of course. He released his 3rd solo album, "Tattoos & Tequila" in 2010.

Neil has a more sensitive side beyond the headlines of drunk driving and assaults.  After his daughter Skylar died of cancer at the tender age of 4 in 1995, he founded the Skylar Neil Foundation to honor her, and as a result he's donated millions to various charities, including the TJ Martell Foundation.
