UPDATE! UPDATE! More Construction is Underway in on Rt. 37 in Toms River, NJ

We now know all about the expansion of Mr. Restaurant on Rt. 37 in Toms River.

We now know some answers to my questions the other days about the expansion, is Mr. Restaurant / Bandwagon open during the expansion? "Thank YOU" for so many responses about this delicious restaurant that my Dad always loved when he visited me.

The construction of Mr. Restaurant in Toms River, NJ Rt. 37.

I received emails from Brian, Linda, TT, Janet, and so many Facebook messages explaining what's going on. In the summer, when the expansion started, Mr. Restaurant had the expansion explanation in the restaurant. Brian was saying he was there the last day it was open before the construction and the old building will be cleared away and the new structure being built will be the restaurant. The building being cleared will be the new parking lot.

We are looking forward to the "new" Mr. Restaurant opening, how exciting.

Bandwagon has been around for almost 15 years and it's a spot where if family visits, they just love to go there on the way to the beach. I do have to say, their pancakes are some of the best around, and my personal favorite, cheesy scrambled eggs are delicious. Something else I found out about, the owners of Mr. Restaurant / Bandwagon are the same owner as Town & Country Restaurant in Toms River.

One thing about the construction, I hope they don't change, the red awnings, I always looked for the red along Rt. 37, please don't change that. Can't wait to check out the new digs.
