Driving into Holiday City off Bimini Drive, you'll see a lot of empty space on either side of you. If all goes according to plan, that will soon no longer be the case.
Plans For A Massive 24-Acre Development In Toms River
There's a proposal on the table to develop that land into a massive 24-acre development that would change the landscape of that area.
New Car Dealership And Retail Space Proposed Along Route 37
According to Shore Beat, the massive new complex would feature a new proposed car dealership, and it would also include tons of new retail space, which could be turned into restaurants or small businesses.

There are also proposals on the table for this massive new addition off 37 in Toms River that would allow for residential development.
Toms River Planning Board To Review Project On October 15th
This is all still in the planning stages, and there's a meeting on October 15th to review this plan further and whether or not it should be approved.
