Bay & Bandit, Island Beach State Park's favorite residents, returned to the park in March. A few weeks in, Bay laid three eggs, and yesterday two of them hatched!

According to the Friends of Island Beach State Park, there isn't any need to worry about the third egg just yet, as eggs usually hatch in the order they were laid. In fact, it's rare for two eggs to hatch on the same day.

In a crazy bit of timing, exactly one year ago today we shared the news that chick #1 was born.

You can watch it all on the Pete McClain Osprey Cam. The female, Bay, spends the majority of the time in the nest, while the male, Bandit, brings fish to his mate.
