Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer and Beachwood Police Chief Robert Tapp announced the arrests of Pedro Manzano and Juan Manzano on charges from incidents which occurred in the borough.

They were arrested following an investigation that began when the victims came forward and disclosed acts of sexual abuse to detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and Beachwood Police Department.

Investigators determined that the perpetrators of the abuse presently reside in Missouri.
