A two-car crash injures seven people in Stafford Township Sunday around 8:24 pm, but thankfully none of the injuries were fatal.

Police say a Chevrolet Camaro was turning left onto Hull Drive when the driver struck a Hyundai SUV being driven by Kyran Hurley, 52, of Cherry Hill that was heading west on Route 72 and had been carrying five passengers.

Duane Romana, 46, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania was given a summons for careless driving pending a future day in court.

Hurley was in his car along with Karen Lindgren, 51, Claire Lindgren, 77, Joseph Lindgren, 81, Lauren Hurley, 19, and a female juvenile,16-years old, all from Cherry Hill.

Romana was brought to the Atlantic City Trauma Center with a head injury.

Lindgren (77 years old) was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center with internal injuries.

These injuries are considered to be non-life threatening.

Hurley, Ms. Lindgren, Mr. Lindgren, Ms. Hurley and the female juvenile were all transported the Southern Ocean Medical Center for observation and further medical evaluation.

Everyone in both vehicles had been wearing their seat-belts.

Patrolman Jillson is the investigating officer.

Assisting on scene were the Stafford Township Volunteer EMS, Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Department and Great Bay Regional EMS.
