One Of The Jersey Shore’s Best Bars Is In Strathmere, NJ And It’s For Sale
Now here's the opportunity of a lifetime; owning an amazing piece of the Jersey Shore bar scene.
And I don't mean some memorabilia, I mean actually owning an amazing bar that sits right on the bay at the Jersey Shore.
I couldn't believe it when I first saw it, because I've been going to this place with my family for years and always thought how cool it would be to run a bar and restaurant like this.
It sits right on the bay, the bar overlooks the water, it's in a nice quiet stretch of town that's filled with locals and some vacationers, and it serves up ice-cold beers on a hot summer day.
So, are you ready to go into business at the shore?

If you're not wholly familiar with Strathmere, you aren't alone.
It's an often overlooked part of the shore that sits between Sea Isle City and Ocean City, and although it's a small town, it has a truly amazing hidden gem.
Twisties Tavern.
This little bar sits tucked back off the main drag of Commonwealth Avenue and is a haven for day drinkers, happy hour hunters, and anyone looking for a good place to eat and drink.
And his amazing 95-year-old bar is now for sale.
According to NJ.com, the current owners who've owned twisties for the past quarter of a century are looking to retire and they're selling the business and the liquor license.
It's a turn-key purchase, Twisties has a pretty loyal fan base in the area and I know I'd be sad to see it go under if no one bought it and kept the tradition going.
No word on exactly how much the bar is on the market for, but if you're looking for a new opportunity at the shore, this may be it!
