JBJ is not new to Palm Beach. This fresh oceanfront mansion is just down the street from the one he sold.

The 10,000 square-foot home has a phenomenal view. It features a courtyard pool and cabana, exercise room, wine cellar, elevators, a three-car air-conditioned garage, and two oceanfront loggias.

Full disclosure, I had to look up what a loggia was. It's a gallery or room with one or more open sides, especially one that forms part of a house and has one side open to the garden. Fancy!
