New Jersey is world-famous for its connections to and influence on the music industry. Lots of people think New Jersey has been the heartbeat of the music world for years.

So when you start trying to rank the musical acts from a state as, well, musical as New Jersey, that can certainly be a slippery slope.

And it's also a topic that you are almost certain to get a ton of disagreement on. Well, I guess it's time to let the arguing begin.
