Toms River Regional High Schools WILL Have a Graduation
Toms River School Superintendent, David M. Healy announced earlier today that High School Seniors Class of 2020 WILL HAVE actual graduation at some point!
This is great news since a lot of students and parents were worried that the students would not get the recognition that they deserved for their hard work by only getting "virtual" graduation online.
According to the Asbury Park Press:
It may not happen until Thanksgiving weekend, or winter break, though, when seniors who have moved on to college would likely be back home, he said. Healy said he hopes the majority of seniors in the Class of 2020 at the three high schools would be able to attend graduation ceremonies held at a later date.
He also said that the graduation will be complete with caps and gowns and presentation of diplomas.
